Details of payments for Lyngby Trophy 2025 

• The team fee: Paid according to the registration.    
• The participation fee and extra costs: Paid no later than March 1st. 
•  You will find the bank details in the confirmation of the tournament, sent by email. 
•  Arrival day May 29th, departure back June 1st in the afternoon. 
•  For extra nights, please ask for an estimate. 

TEAM FEE:  2600 DKK per team. To be paid according to the registration

HOTEL CATEGORY A
Participation fee:  2500 DKK/person.
This package includes accommodation at our 3-4 Star Standard hotel. Included: 
 - Three nights at hotel A.  
 - All meals, from Friday breakfast to Sunday lunch.

Participation fee:  1875 DKK/person.
This package includes accommodation at our budget 3 Star Standard hotel. Included: 
 - Three nights at hotel B.   
 - All meals, from Friday breakfast to Sunday lunch.

FOOD PACKAGE
Participation fee:  230 DKK/person.
Please notify the food package is only for local teams from Copenhagen. Included: 
 - Lunch Friday, Saturday and Sunday.   

TRANSFER
For international teams:
Transfer to and from hotel – pitches: 4000 DKK
Transfer to and from airport: 5000 DKK
